It started with two observations. On one side, my nephew needed a home tutor to study his lessons, and we couldn't always be there for him. On the other, our support teams were drowning in tickets that didn't need humans — they needed knowledge, instantly. Two seemingly opposite worlds: a child revising homework, businesses answering their customers.
