Does my visitor need to download an app?
No. Déblo Livechat runs directly in the browser, with a standard mic access request. No download, no installation.
How does Déblo learn my offer?
We index your site (product pages, documentation, FAQ, blog) via our RAG pipeline. You can also upload PDFs, datasheets, sales scripts directly. Auto-reindexing when you publish new content.
What if Déblo doesn't know the answer?
Three possible behaviors: ask for rephrasing, propose a calendar meeting with your human team, capture the message and email for an asynchronous callback.
Is the widget customizable?
Yes. Button color, position (bottom-right, bottom-left, custom), default active languages, persona (name, tone, voice). The widget stays lightweight (about 50 KB compressed).
What about performance? Will my site slow down?
The main script loads async. No initial render block. Audio resources are only loaded once the visitor activates the widget.
What's the pricing?
The embedded livechat service is in pilot. Public pricing is not set. For a custom pilot, contact us — typically usage-based model depending on conversation volume and minutes spoken.
And GDPR compliance?
Hetzner Germany infrastructure, GDPR-compliant. Standard DPA available. Standard mic consent banner. Exportable conversation logs.
